Anyone Know How to Convert an MP3 File for Use as a Ring Tone on a Cisco IP Phone?

Cisco VOIP model 7941. Would like to take a piece of an MP3 and use it as a ring tone. I believe I need to convert it to some form of raw format.

I dont know the format your phone takes but i use audacity for clipping my mp3s into ringtones.
