Anyone Use Netgear Wifi or Philips, GE Dect Voip Phone for Skype?

Please share your experience with these phones. I need to get a cordless phone asap and I don't know what to get.
I am reading mixed reviews on these phones. Netgear sph200, sph100, Philips voip321, voip841, GE dect 6.0 phone.
Wifi phone would be good if it really works well like they claim, but I need a cordless phone to get/make phone calls using Skype account.
