As long as you have an open Ethernet port to connect to high-speed Internet, then you can use any IP-Phone, VoIP ATA, or PC-based Softphone.
When using IP-Phones and VoIP ATA's, your Router must be set to port forward (or port trigger) SIP ports 5060-5061 and RTP ports 16384-16482, at the minimum. Otherwise, connect the VoIP devices on DMZ port of Router (no blocked ports).
