I have no landline , but use voiptalk through a satellite system here in spain.I ordered an electronic business card through vistaprint,but noticed i needed outlook express to launch it.I tried downloading outlook, with no success, but i do use yahoo mail.Is it because i dont have a fixed landline, the reason i cannot download and use outlook express?

Just because you have an internet connection does not mean you have an email account. But I have no idea why you would need to download Outlook Express, it should be the standard email software with Windows. I don't think your problem is no landline. I think your problem is you don't know what you are doing.
