Can You Get a Broadband Internet Connection if You Are Using Telstra PhoneAway for the Home Phone?

I am currently using a dial up internet connection with the Telstra PhoneAway Home phone connection because its pretty much the only thing I use the home phone for. I'm not sure whether I can get a broadband connection with this home phone or whether I need to sign up to a home phone plan.
