I am trying to find a site like CompTIA that will tell me the prices for Cisco exams like it does with CompTIA. I know that I have to register online with Pearson VUE but I cant find a site that will tell me what the prices are for each cisco exam. Nor a site that will let me look up a testing site for the certifications that i am going for. i have a list from Pearson VUE for my A+ certification that gives me test center locations but i need a list for cisco test centers. Also i was thinking about taking the cisco voice over IP exam. i have some networking skills and worked with VOIP in the army. i just dont know what i should go for first with the cisco certs. i know im doing A+ first as a starting point but i want to get into Cisco. Help me please and thank you

Question: My company is planning to setup Cisco VoIP service to communicate for inter-branch communication. We don't need to connect PSTN phone in VoIP. Please tell me what are the devices that I need to install this service.

Answer: Voice over IP refers to technology that transmits live voice communications across a network connection using IP protocols. (Check this for more VoIP Phone Info) A key benefit of Voice over IP is its capability to help reduce expenses because phone calls travel across the data network rather than the phone company's services. IP telephony encompasses the entire range of VoIP related services such as the interconnection of phone sets for communications; associated services such as invoicing and dialing plans; and basic features including group calls, transfer, forward, and hold. These features might previously handled by a Private Branch Exchange (PBX).

Voice over IP is the basis for more advanced unified communications solutions. Crisco's Unified Communications system of voice, image, mobility, and Internet Protocol communications offerings provides the tools for creating a single converged network that can handle multiple types of traffic concurrently. Crisco's solution provides this functionality while sustaining a high level of network resilience, Quality of Service , and Protection. Important advantages of Cisco's telephony technologies include:

A versatile, interoperable migration strategy that allows you to select IP products that handle your current need, while offering a smooth path for accelerating IP integration Quality of Service technologies that provide excellent voice quality by means of tight control of latency, loss, and distortion Network management technologies that provide system administration, repair, setup, fault monitoring, and device management.
The framework of Crisco's IP communications solution is composed of communications endpoints, call-processing agents, and telephony applications.

I have been provided with a new phone by my company which features different setting options including voicemail setting.
As default setting, you have the system voice recorded which plays (when non-answering the phone) and to which you can add your name (with your own voice) at the end of the default system voice message.
The problem is that when I recorded my name, I hanged up because I couldn't do it properly (I was laughing....) and wanted to try later. But unfortunatly, the default voice system has disapeared.
How can I reset the default voice system please?
