I run a business and have not been away on holiday for years. I am planning to set up a VOIP account like Skype for example in the uk and go away to france. In France I will have a broad band connection. If I receive calls from the UK will there be an international dialing tone and give away the fact that I am abroad?

I want to enable my family to call me in the UK on a local Australian number. You can do that sort of thing here and wondered if anyone knew who does it in Aus.
