Do I have to click enter on my key board for the Voip phone to dial out? Or is there an add icon I can add on to Yahoo messenger to click and dial out?

The phones connected through the walls are not working, I read instructions about whole house rewiring but what if my voip wa connected first – what do I do about that? The only phone that rings is the phone connected to vonage adapter.

I've read several reviews with people saying a poor ISP is screwing up VOIP for them. Strongly considering VOIP, but would like to see if it's an OK move. Also, any recommendations on a VOIP provider? Looking for it to be a "real" line for the house, as well as provide 911 services.

What exactly is the setting up charges for a VOIP facility?

People usually use a landline phone to dial AOL or other dial-up ISPs. I was wondering if you could just as easily use a VOIP phone connected through a high-speed connection to dial AOL numbers and establish a dial-up connection, if it would work?

And yeah, before you tell me why do you need dial-up if you have broadband, read the question again, that's not what I asked.

I have a small business that I need to send and receive phone calls a couple hours a day . Can I use a VOIP connection like Skype or Vonage ? Or is a cell phone a better option ? What expenses are involved ?

Our cruise sails for 7 days from Puerto Rico to the Southern Caribbean Islands . I would need to make and receive around 5 calls a day for 3-4 of the days .

I would like to install a VOIP phone, but dont know what internet speed it requires. Any related advices will be very appreciated.

My Battlefield 2 VoIP (Voice Over IP) was working when I first got it… but in the middle of nowhere it just stopped working. I cannot transmit or receive any audio for VoIP. I checked my Audio in Options, my VoIP was disabled and both Transmit & Receive was set to 0%. I changed the settings and clicked "Apply," but as soon as I change the screen (i.e. get out of the menu), they reset to disabled and 0%. Can someone help me with this? Thanks, in advance.
