I recently got a soft phone service with Voip.com and it just stinks! Half the time the phone does not work right and then their customer service stinks as well! It is very hard to get through to anyone and when you do all they do is refer you to a web site. I want my dang problem fixed right then and there! I am a paying customer and expect at least some level of customer service.

The thing is that I need to keep this number because it is on my business cards etc.

What is a better service to get? Also, is bringing my number with me to my new service easy to do?

Voip.com has been very flakey and I do not trust them to switch my number over! What can I do?

i was using an voip softphone which is now being blocked so how do i unblock the ports which are 8090 and 50901 given by the service provider.....

Iam looking for a reliable web site where that has a softphone which can bypass the UAE restriction on international voip call..Many countries are enjoyin this services, but why would as rich as UAE restrict such a move? they consider the interest of telecom companies than and average people in UAE....Pls let some one send me such web site and if they charge per seconds ..the better..

I am looking for a company or way to get free incoming only from a regular landline to PC phone such as an x lite softphone. I keep coming across "free" calling but none of them are free incoming.

That's all I need is incoming.
