Do VoIP Calls Show Up on Your Monthly Bill?

I am using Fring for iPod Touch to make free VoIP calls. Do the calls show up on the monthly internet bill? For example, if i made three calls, would each call be detailed as if it were a cell phone bill? (I use FIOS if that helps...) Thanks!
