Do You Give Out Your Cell Number or AIM Phoneline number/VOIP?

Say you just meet someone. Do you give them your cell phone number, or your VOIP number (like aim phoneline, skype, etc.)?

I sometimes give my VOIP number so my cell phone isn't ringing in the middle of the night. I'd rather it go to a non-ringing VOIP voicemail.
Do you give people a 'junk' number if you dont' want to be bugged?

E.g. your voicemail number on AIM phoneline or skype.
