Do You Have VoIP for Your Home Phone?

I'm thinking of switching to a VoIP phone service to save money over traditional phone service but I'm worried about quality. Do you or have you ever used this type of phone service, like Vonage? How is the quality of the service? What about the quality of customer service? And did you save money over traditional phone service? Thanks.
