voice over ip, voip providers,

Does a SIP VoIP Phone With a Built in MGCP Gateway Exist?

December 13, 2011

Looking to avoid having to buy a single SIP phone and then an additional gateway so that it can intelligently route the call across either the local analog POTS line or the IP connection back to corporate.

For example - is a store manager needs to call corp or check voice mail it goes across the IP network, but if the manager places a call that is local it does not route across to corp to place the call - it grabs the POTS line @ store and places the call.

Nope. However, Cisco Call Manager 5.0 is said to be able to trunk SIP. Haven't seen it yet though.
