Does anyone know how to eliminate or minimize audio feedback on SIP/VOIP telephones?

I assume your using a home setup. It depends on your equipment. Some have a physical switch to reduce the volume on your microphone sound pickup. It sounds like your mike is picking up to much sound which is giving you the trouble.
