Does Anyone Know of a Cheap Way to Make Phone Calls From the US to Cuba?

I live in Broward County, FL and I am paying about a min. I am looking for cheaper alternatives to stay in touch with family. VOIP? Prepaid cell phone cards? I would even consider changing my home telephone carrier. Thanks.
