How Can I Use a VOIP Telephone in My Computer (I Want to Use Mic and Speaker of Phone in Messengers)?

when using a voip phone connected to computer through network card , Any one can give informations how can i use same telephone for msn messenger or yahoo messenger or google talk. I do not want to use mic and speaker of computer for this purpose. Is there any other phone available for this type of use. Thanks
