How Can I Use Phantom Port to Connect to Voip’s Port 6090?

I am based in Dubai and the lovely telephone company (happen to be the sole ISP in town) blocked port 6090 which is used for Voip communication.
I am sure there is a way to get around this problem and back communicating with my family in canada.

Anythoughts are really appreciated.

And for my world long distance calls i user prepaid service of www.mywebcalls.com
I forgot to mention that i am using Linksys PAP2 phone adaptor.
