How Do I Get a Chinese Phone Number for My Voip Service?

i want to be able to give my frineds and colleagues in China a local phone number that will ring my VoIP phone in the US. This is basically the reverse of Yahoo's Phone in service where Yahoo offers US phone numbers to domestic and international callers via VoIP.
