It takes forever to start up and I'm sure that this 'thing' is to blame. I'd be very grateful if somebody would tell me. A complete uninstall, with not even the memory of it left. Thanks and a TU to all genuine helpers.

Go to control panel
select add remove programes.
scroll down untill you find the programe you want to remove.
and uninstal. this will delete it from your computer completely.
