I currently have BT Yahoo broadband and a fax machine on a separate line from my 'normal calls' telephone. Since I am no longer in need of the fax machine, I may as well transfer my Broadband to my 'normal calls' telephone and save the cost of the extra line rental. is it complicated, do I get to keep my current e-mail addresses etc?
How Do I Tranfer My Existing Internet Telephone Number to a New Telephone Number?

Hi, It is actually a complete pain to transfer your broadband to another line but it can be done. You will lose your Internet connection from between 7 and 10 working days. Also keeping your email addresses can be done but you will normally lose your main one (you can still access but your main email address will change. Just before I left BT a year ago they were working to change this, so calling their helpline (if you have the patience to wait for your call to be answered and then be transferred 20 times) is the best advice I can give for that. Hope I helped!
