		<description>I am not exactly sure what you are asking here, do you want to know which port you plugged your cat-5 cable into? Or which port you are transponding from the modem? Your VOIP modem should have indicated slots for which port it is using i.e. A, B, C, or D, or 1, 2, 3, or 4. 

I see that nobody else has attempted to answer this question so maybe you should try rephrasing or adding addition information to allow us to be more helpful. Sorry I couldn&#039;t help more.</description>
