You really can't. It's just something that happens. It's called Lag. It happens with TV's Phones and everything.
You can have 2 TVs on the Same Channel and hear the same words up to seconds apart. If its a huge problem with echos and so on I would recommend you upgrade your bandwidth or "speed"
