when I go to open the voice mail, it takes a minute or two to open ( slower than dial up ) also the same is true when I click on to download a message. I've spoken to customer service a few times and they tell every thing is ok whit their system, but the last time they said it had to be my computer which I can't believe because it's almost brand new and has no other problems opening or downloading any other programs. Does anybody have a similar problem or problems with this or have any other issues with their Vonage voip.I can't believe I'm the only one.I'm truely thinking about getting another voip carrier, any suggestions?

Unplug both broadband and vonage modems for a few then plug them back in. Broadband reveals pc activity then plug the voip. This should help.Vonages customer service by phone is the worst tech support I ever have dealt with. Be prepared to spend an hour on hold.
You don't need to accept the offer your allowance company gives you which most likely won't offer increased rates due to any way of living or medical related qualifications.
