voice over ip, voip providers,

I’m Suspended for My Academics and Sports (Track), HELP?

May 2, 2009

Earlier today I ran a 49.12 400m, qualifying to run at a large state meet. My 4x100m ran a 42.45. I attended a Jr.Prom dance tonight, I reserved a 0 limousine for my friends. At dinner, a kid slipped alcohol into my drink. I went to the dance and someone in my limo was caught for drinking, and turned me in as the "provider". A special-education teacher breathalyzed me (inaccurately). Now I have a 5 day suspension, and I'm kicked off the track team.

My question is, are police the only qualified individuals who can test for alcohol? Because last time I checked, one sip of alcohol spit out at dinner doesn't exceed more than three times the "legal" limit.

Me and my parents need a way to fight this, any advice? I have worked so hard academically (4.33 GPA) and athletically for this year. I would hate to lose it all.

anyone can breathalyze you, but its mostly the nurses. at our school if you fall asleep the teachers will send you to the nurse for a drug test, its whack. its doesn't matter about the legal limit since you are underage. you should have the douche bag get his ass beat for saying you are the provider.

These sneakers have now started to become more satisfactory in dancehall and jazz dancing alike and add a good sense of uniqueness to a dancer together with providing strength and support. Sneakers are a good option for dancers who don't wish to go with custom and want to be as modern as practicable and their acclaim is growing.
