<description>A main menu page with a wiki, java chat and blog? (How would you do VoIP on a web site?)

Sure - write each one separately, then link to the entry page of each.

How long would it take? How long does it take you to write a single site? Multiply that by about 4. (The different functions take different amounts of time, but approximately. The menu page should be fast, once you know what you want.)

I&#039;d code each function in the code best suited for it. The blog and the wiki, probably in php, chat in javascript, unless you mean IM, in which case I&#039;d just run an existing open source server.</description>
