I heard some horror stories about how unstable and problematic hardware VoIP is, and that users often has to restart the VoIP adaptors.
Is software VoIP more stable?
How about dropped calls and disconnections? Those are an issue with the internet connection rather than the VoIP, right?
What are the advantages and disadvantages of each?
