Is There a Device Which Can Change an Existing Analogue Phone Landline Into IP and Trasport Over the Internet?

I have a existing landline in a country where there are no IP phones like vonage; want to transport it over the internet to say the UK; Is there a device/service in which I can plug my landline, plug a broadband connection and can use the landline anywhere over the internet?

I'm thinking you deciding to get vonage. When you get vonage they give you a similar device from linksys.
