My boyfriend has VOIP and we believe his wife (they are going thru a divorce) has somehow found a way to unblock all incoming blocked numbers. Even if I use *67 my name/number show up on the caller ID, as well as all other anonymous or blocked calls they receive. Is this possible?

you do all that by going online from the VoIP website....that the way I do that....so if she knows the ID and password, she can do it! Most of the time you just sign-on and able or enable the features....you just check the boxes from a menu....there is only one other way to do it....call the provider, identify yourself, and they will change it for you!!!
