I have a VOIP PBX
I need to add PSTN gateway to be able to call land-lines
to save the price of the PSTN gateway, I need a software that work as PSTN gateway using the standard modem

The Linksys SPA3102 is also a good option with one FXS and one FXO port for interracing with PSTN network

You do need an hardware ATA (analog telephone adapter) with FXO port to interface between IP-PBX and PSTN network.
