I just bought spa3102. The PSTN and the VOIP it's already been setup but I need help how to configure the PSTN to connect to line1. I need help on this. Thanks alot

Your question is not very clear.
If you want to receive your PSTN calls on line1 of your voip box then all you have to do is forward all the PSTN calls to your VOIP line.
