That website above is how to flash my gpu bios. the only thing is, i don't get it. Do i put the bios file i want to apply on the disk with the ati flash? if i dont do that, how does it know what i want to flash?

I would personally recommend using the ATI catalyst software suite overclocking utility, it works very well and maintains the warranty I believe.
