While using the free PC to PC call service (between computers) can make the other person (from another country) who you're talking to SEE & KNOW your IP address?
Can your conversation partner find your location using Skype?

Yes, they can find your ip address and eventually locate where you live. All you have to do is a run a netstat in the command prompt and then lookup their ip address that way. If they are connected to your computer, their ip address can be found.
Once they have the ip address, there are sites which can locate the city that they live, but not their exact house.
