Set Up Basic VPN?

I am trying to setup a vpn to my office network.I have the router dynacmic ip address but where can i get a password when my office do not have a server?
What i want is just to connect to my router in my office network so that i can use a SIP phone VOIP at home or even overseas . And we dont care about sercuity.

OpenVPN http://openvpn.net/ works great, for the VPN part. You don't need a static IP on your end, but you will need one on the office end (or use dyndns), and you'll need to run the OpenVPN server on a computer at the office that is reachable from the outside.

Don't know about the VoIP part.

Also, "we don't care about security" is probably wrong attitude.
