I am a technical support agent for Packet8 (voip) and i have run into a problem. i have a customer that has a Netpassage 27g running his one voip phone.His DS is 984, and his US is 795. He has excellent ping times. Now this router is tricky. i have not found any emulators or basically any information on this crappy router. Does anyone have info on it, such as port triggering, port forwarding, QOS, or DMZ, and how to access them? Thanks!
