Is there a Voip (Voice Over Internet Phone) service, out there that is good, and that does not require any equipment, something I can just sign up for, download the phone program to my computer, and make phone calls, nothing prepaid, something that has a once a month bill, if there is something out there, please let me know
I am trying to find something like netzero, not skype or the yahoo phone service, but just like netzero, where u can download a phone program, and it would be a voip Voice Over Internet Phone, not skype, im her in iraq right now and the internet is not that great for skype, I need a Voip with not needing equipment
