Hello there,
Does anyone know what it takes to have VoIP calls terminated onto PSTN otherthan the necessary hardware. For example does Skype have to enter a contract "of sorts" with all telco companies that it makes calls to so as it might pay them for calls terminated on their networks? And also if I had to terminate my own VoIP calls to the local telco, do I have to have hardware physically installed within the local telcos premises or can I do this at my own home?
