		<description>For that type of service I honestly would look at someone like RainDance to host and see if they will give you a discount as a nonprofit. Other than that the equipment costs and the lines inbound to bring a service up would be more what you are allocating. The only thing I can think that MIGHT come close would be an astrix solution and a bunch of POTS lines. Hope this helps. TX</description>
