		<description>I know how you feel...I have been monitored and monitored many times...and you always want to know when you should &quot;turn it up&quot; for a supervisor!!

No preaching here...but you just can&#039;t tell! There is just no way.... your supervisor can just dial into your extension to listen or they probably have a program to record the calls and your computer screen. So, they can listen and watch calls later.

If I am using a rep as a training example...like live monitoring in front of a class, or for a presentation...I always tell the rep ahead of time though!
