I would go for the 9800GT. 1GB of Ram and an nVidia 9 series card. Too good. I'm not saying 8800GTS is a minnow, but a 9800GT with a 1GB Ram is simply too good.

Second, the CPU is Pentium D, not Core 2 Duo. there is a difference. Pentium D were just an intermediate thing that came for a very short period when Intel was making transition from single core to Dual Core Processors. They have more heat dissipation and are less power efficient. try squeezing in a Core 2 Duo if you can. Try adding a 512MB Ram stick (at least) along with current 1GB Ram. Most games these days require 1GB plus Ram. Plus Hard Drive is not much. If you plan on gaming, its simply not enough. Should be at least 250GB or more. Its an odd combination i must say. on one side they are offering a high end graphic card but at the other the HD capacity is so small. The PSU for me is not enough for running such a power hungry graphics card. you will be on the limit. 600Watt should do. with 450 you will be on the limit. specially if you decide on adding more hard ware( 2nd Hard disk / Optical drive, tv tuner card etc ) in the future.
