Wouldnt a True God Deliver a Unified, Consistent, Undeniable Message From the Outset?

May 2, 2009

Why do we have 'chosen people' and a vast assemblage of gods and deities. Prophets spring up from time to time but surely the message could have been better delivered if he really did exist? For example, it seems unfortunate that ancient cultures did not even know about the Judeo-Christian God. How could they have any hope of salvation?
You might spin me a yarn about these such people being granted into heaven automatically because it's only fair? Well, how fair is it to people who do have knowledge of the Judeo-Christian God being guilted into aligning their life with Christianity just because they are born in that time.
Any ideas about this one?

And please, religious people if you're going to reply. Dont pick some tiny scrap of my question and try to twist it. I get tired of it. Please address the major points.

YES! It is about time that someone asked this.

I do not believe in a god of any kind but it makes perfect sense. If there is a god and this god wants people to follow him/her/it, would this god not put forth a consistent message, completely clear and understandable, undeniable in its purpose and function? Indeed, to do anything else is simply toying with one's heart, mind and emotions.

This is why there are so many convoluted opinions and beliefs, crackpot cults and so forth. Everyone can apparently take the divine and turn it into whatever they want. A clear message, in clear language would be ongoing and repeat itself for every generation. There would not be a one-time event thousands of years ago what would lead to doubt among so many later.

Anyway, if there is a god out there and you showed yourself a couple of gazillion years ago and you choose not to come forward again, you are sick, sadistic, twisted and just plain unwise in your approach. Jerk.
